Due to state-mandated restrictions, we won't be able to host any in-person events for at least the rest of the summer (possibly longer), but we have an online Summer Reading Program and other virtual programs. Keep an eye on this page and on our monthly newsletter for more information, and check out our at-home programs and activities for kids, teens, and adults.
On the 1st Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m., kids can get together and build with all kinds of fun materials. This program is recommended for kids in grades 2-6.
Lehigh Valley Knitting Guild
Whether you like knitting, crocheting, or other handicrafts, have fun meeting with your fellow enthusiasts on the 1st & 3rd Thursday of the month from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
3rd Monday Open Mic/Jam
Musicians, singers, poets, comedians, actors, writers, storytellers, etc. come show off your stuff! On the 3rd Monday of every month, we hold an open mic night for family-friendly acts. Entertainers interested in performing 3 songs or a 15-minute set are asked to sign up a little before 6:30. (Sign-ups start at 6:15.) Both entertainers and audience members are welcome, because even if you don't want to perform, we'd love to have you supporting other local talent.
Adult Coloring Club
Join other adults at the library to color intricate patterns and pictures together. This club meets on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month from 11:00 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. The library provides some supplies, but you can bring your own, too.
Adult Book Talks: What Are You Reading Now?
Every 4th Tuesday of the month from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m., adults can talk about whatever books they read this month. Share what you read and get more ideas for your list!
