The Art of Mindful Breathing

This mindfulness and breathwork session for adults offers simple, accessible tools to reduce stress, improve focus, and support emotional regulation. It incorporates seasonal themes to make the practices relevant, meaningful, and easy to apply in daily life. Participants will leave with practical breathing techniques they can return to anytime they need to reset, reflect, restore, or renew. This session is hosted by Larissa Noto, The Lovely Little Lotus LLC, and is appropriate for all experience levels.
