A Family Night of Halloween Stories

Whitehall Township Public Library 3700 Mechanicsville Road, Whitehall, PA, United States

Halloween is a special time for storytelling. It is the time of year for those stories about the unexpected, the unusual, and the unheard of. It’s also time for some less scary stories to bring fun into the season. Look for both at this program by the Lehigh Valley Storytelling Guild.

Fest-o-Fall

TAB members have a fun time planned for our younger patrons. Kids can come for stories, crafts, activities, goodies, and a costume contest!

Lehigh Valley Haunts

Local dark-side storyteller Ellen Flynn will tell of the legend of Tambour Yokel, when the devil allegedly came to 1700’s Salisbury Township, the 1903 murder of young Allentown woman Mabel Bechtel and the subsequent haunting, and, just for fun, some local haunted libraries.

Lehigh Valley Haunts

It’s the perfect time of year to hear some spooky tales about some local haunts! Local dark side storyteller Ellen Flynn will join us again to tell us some tales.
