Opioid Presentation

This presentation from the Allentown Health Bureau touches on opioids, how to prevent overdose, how to store them away, and how to discard them. This presentation is geared especially to our seniors, since they may be prescribed more opioids for pain management as they age. We’ll talk about other methods to deal with pain management rather than opioids, things to look out for when taking opioids, and ways to keep these medications under lock in key where others can’t get ahold of them.
